Hi there! We are Jake and Tricia from a small town in south central Minnesota. We are so grateful that you’ve taken time out of your day to look at our profile and consider us as adoptive parents. After many unsuccessful fertility treatments, we’re so excited to grow our family through adoption and we’ll be here for you to be as supportive and comforting as possible throughout this process.
